"There are no pans or utensils to cook in the room. There were no glasses or wine glasses, the kitchen is just for decoration. There is no washer and dryer in the room as stated in the room description. Had a huge building right in front of the room, so close that I needed to use the blinders all the time. "

"部屋は綺麗に掃除されていてよかったです。シャワーが壊れていて残念でした。水が出ないわけではなかったのですが、横からかなり漏れていました。朝食は普通でした。果物などもっと美味しいかとおもっていましたが、それほどではなかっだので残念です。立地が主要な観光地より少し離れていてあまりよくないので、ホテルからもう少しほかのところへ出かける手段を提供してほしいです。一日5本ほど近くのビーチに送ってくれる車はありましたが、少ないですし、帰りは自分で帰ってこないといけないのが不便でした。もう少しホテルスタッフに英語が話せる人が欲しい。"
