「Firstly the location, the manager gave us an incorrect address in purpose and we needed to wait on the street for her to bring us to another apartment. Once we got in to the apartment, it was dusty and the condition was not as described. Due to the dust allergy or bed bug, my legs had lots of redness spots and I needed to look for another place to stay at 2am and moved to a new hotel in the morning 8am. it was exhausted and yet the manager was not willing to refund the payment.」
