“Overall, a very good hotel/resort. The challenge is that it's layout is over a very large property. Finding your way around is a mystery and walking to your room, with the luggage, from the reception is very difficult ... but they arranged for a van to take us. Using Uber at night, the driver couldn't find our villa.”

“Wonderful 2nd dtsy”

“Pine Cliffs Gardens is a beautiful property. The grounds, gardens, beach and accommodations are lovely, and the resort itself has so much potential. Unfortunately, the restaurant experience was deplorable. The food was consistently poor, the service was unacceptable, and the prices were outrageous for the quality provided. We are happy to pay premium prices when the food and service justify it, but that simply wasn’t the case here. For a resort positioning itself at this level, the restaurants……

“My friend and I have just got home from 6 nights at Alfagar Cerro Malpique, and we couldn’t be more happy with everything! The staff were lovely - especially Ibrahim, who did everything to make sure our stay was 10/10. He was very accommodating, making sure we were having a great time. The room was super and so spacious, the location was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will 100% be back again. Thank you!!!”

“Had a lovely relaxing stay. Thank you. I would say apartments are in need of an oven or airfryer to make it fully self catering as well as washing machine. Lovely balcony in sun all day and regular cleaning. 2nd pool was great for a quieter experience away from bar and kids pool. Proper showers and changing rooms by pool would be a great upgrade for guests with late check out. All in all, as a solo traveller I had a great time, and would stay again, good location short walk from Shop (7 mins to……

“We had a terrible experience, first the building and pictures looked nothing like the hotel , very dated and musty smelling . Little geckos around and staff very condescending and rude . We had to ask for an iron and that came at a fee . The most polite man called Rodrigo or a name with R, said we could use the iron and return. We left 3 days early due to these unforeseen circumstances.”

“带厨房，很方便。”

“Had a really good time there with my family. I actually booked another hotel in Sagres, but with much smaller space and poorer infrastructure. So I cancelled that one, and drove back again to Balaia hotel. Again the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was also an indoor swimming pool nearby. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Not to mention that the price is so attractive. Definitely worth it.”
