Hotel is clean but a bit dated in places. Beach and plenty of places to eat close by. Breakfast had a good selection but the staff did not check if items were low or gone, so they had to be requested and the wait was quite long at times.

Our trip to São Luís was unexpectedly interrupted after the airline cancelled our flight, making it impossible for us to fly to Brazil and arrive on the date of our reservation. As soon as we learned we wouldn’t be able to make it, we tried calling the hotel several times, but couldn’t reach anyone. Hotels.com also spent over a day attempting to contact the property on our behalf, without any success. After check-in time, we were informed that the hotel did not authorize any flexibility — no date change, no credit, no acknowledgment of the situation — and we were charged the full amount. We fully understand that our booking was non-refundable, and we weren’t expecting special treatment — just a bit of empathy or basic customer support. What left us most disappointed wasn’t the policy itself, but the complete lack of communication. We genuinely tried to sort things out, and all attempts (ours and Hotels.com’s) went unanswered. We still plan to visit São Luís soon, but after this experience, we’ll definitely be staying somewhere else — ideally somewhere that shows at least a minimum level of customer service and consideration for guests dealing with unexpected travel issues.

Localização excelente, de frente para a praia, com uma paisagem muito bonita. O hotel tem boa estrutura, bom café da manhã, mas há um contraste evidente entre áreas novas e bem conservadas e outras mais antigas, que apresentam sinais de desgaste e falta de manutenção. Os funcionários, em sua maioria, foram educados e solícitos. No entanto, alguns pontos prejudicaram a experiência. Perdemos o cartão do quarto e tivemos que pagar uma taxa de R$ 40 pela reposição. Contudo, a chave alternativa demorou quase dois dias para ser disponibilizada. Outro problema foi a falta de manutenção: havia 4 peças de roupa caídas no telhado em frente ao meu quarto e, mesmo após solicitar à recepção que a retirasse, nada foi feito durante os três dias de hospedagem. O quarto era amplo, confortável, equipado com cofre e frigobar abastecido. Entretanto, o maior problema foi a internet do hotel. O Wi-Fi era extremamente instável, chegando a ficar totalmente indisponível em diversos momentos, especialmente durante a noite. Para agravar a situação, o sinal da TIM também não funcionava dentro do quarto. Para quem está hospedado a trabalho, essa é uma falha grave, pois compromete significativamente a produtividade. No geral, a excelente localização, coisa de 500 metros de um shopping, inclusive, e a vista para o mar são pontos fortes, mas questões relacionadas à manutenção, à agilidade no atendimento e, principalmente, à qualidade da conexão com a internet precisam ser melhoradas.

Experiência péssima! 1. Café da manhã ruim. Poucas opções e as que tinham não eram boas (o que salvou foi o omelete) 2. Somente 1 pessoa atendendo as diversas demandas de omelete e tapioca no café da manhã logo, uma demora excessiva na entrega dos pedidos; 3. Limpeza ruim... Mesas, chão, talheres e louças 4. Hotel carece urgente de manutenção. 5. Funcionários nada prestativos.
