Good basic hotel.

Old building. Spacious room, huge bed, large bathroom. TV worked but remote control didn’t. Room faced a street with bars which was noisy at night. Buffet breakfast was good. Cold bottles of mineral water were available in reception for which I was not charged at check-out.

Ótimo Custo-benefício

Gostamos bastante, foram 5 dias muito tranquilos, quarto ótimo, banheiro enorme, cama macia, foram super atenciosos do início ao fim. Essa área do Centro é meio tensa, então precisa ter atenção dupla quando estiver saindo ou chegando. Tem um mercadinho do lado, fica perto do metrô República e dá pra ir andando para a Galeria do Rock e na 25 de Março sem problemas. Recomendo e voltaria mais vezes, sem dúvida.

Coincidiu de ocorrer uma filmagem em frente ao prédio, mas não atrapalhou a estadia e o trânsito na área. Os lençóis tinham algumas manchas de uso, embora estivessem limpos. Apenas uma tolha grande foi fornecida, embora a reserva fosse para um casal. A outra toalha deixada no banheiro era de rosto.

O valor da diária é bem em conta então vc não espere que será um hotel 5 estrelas, então sejamos realistas. O hotel é bem limpo, o quarto no qual fiquei estava bem limpo, o chuveiro, tomada, WiFi funcionaram. A área ao redor do hotel, bom em qqer região central no mundo vc verá moradores de rua e usuários de drogas, porém se vc for esperto não saia exibindo seu celular! A região tem todo tipo de comercio, mercado, restaurantes, bares e tudo mais é vc pode fazer tudo isso andando. O café da manhã é simples, frutas e pães frescos. Gostei do hotel, só que eu esperava q o quarto tivesse ar condicionado e o meu não tinha. Recomendo!

Trata-se de um hotel simples, sem grandes luxos ou mimos mas com ótima relação custo-benefício. O atendimento é bom e o quarto é bem limpo e relativamente confortável. O café da manhã deixa a desejar, mas a localização (perto de metrôs) e o espaço interno das acomodações é digno de nota. O wi-fi funciona bem. Para quem não espera por luxo e quer pagar um hotel mais economico com tudo que é, de fato, necessário para uma estadia em São Paulo... vale a pena!

OK, u get what you paid for.

The area was very sketchy at night. Hotel staff can't speak English at all. They did not have any local map at all. They tried to help but my daughter and I found it useless for we can not speak the language.

Worth the Price

The hotel it’s like in the announced, the room is very simple, the bed is comfortable, the ferniture is old but works fine. There is no ar conditioning, but the fan was enough. Well located near subway Station, markets and drugstore, good deal for people who just need to sleep few days. Doesn’t have a variety of options for breakfast.

A estadia foi bem positiva, apesar do hotel ser simples, sem luxos. O quarto era de casal, grande, com TV LCD, apesar do controle remoto estar quebrado. A cama era bem confortável e o quarto permanecia limpinho e acolhedor. O banheiro tem chuveiro elétrico e box separando o chuveiro do restante do banheiro. A internet funcionou bem em nosso quarto. O café da manhã, apesar de simples, mostrou-se suficiente. Dado o custo benefício, acredito que foi uma boa opção de hotel.

Recomendo. Hotel otimo para algumas noites

Ja fiquei por varias vezes nesse hotel e a unica coisa q sempre deixou a desejar é a questão do Wifi que oscila a todo tempo. Ao redor do hotel a muitos barzinhos e padarias. Fica a 8 minutos da estacao República.
