It's not the safest area in São Paulo, but it's close to República Metro Station. From there you can go anywhere (once you understand the subway map). Important to day: It is an old hotel. DO NOT expect modern things in your room, but it is clean and cheap. I love their staff.

Localização excelente. Café da manhã e limpeza ótimos. Mas alguns detalhes precisam melhorar: camas com arandela de lâmpada perto da cabeça provocando acidentes, chuveiro demora a esquentar gastando muita água, falta de comunicação entre recepcionistas, dificultando acordo de permanência, desconto em pizzaria e restaurante é zerado com cobrança de 13% de gorjeta, sinal fraco de Internet, tv com poucas opções de canais.

Foi muito bom a nossa estadia, lugar super confortável, deu pra descansar e relaxar. Único problema foi na parte da noite com o vizinho do lado com a TV ligada alta, porém de resto foi tudo muito bom. Café da manhã, a pizzaria que tem fácil acesso com o hotel.

Um bom e honesto Hotel.

Um hotel honesto com conforto razoável, a facilidade de alimentação com os restaurantes anexos é privilegiada. Porém, o serviço de limpeza e troca de toalhas deixa um pouco a desejar, mas nada muito grave, a estrutura precisa de modernização e a internet muito lenta também deixaram a desejar. no mais um hotel seguro e honesto para se hospedar com localização e vedação sonora muito boas

Na recepção, o Lima nos recebeu extremamente bem, super educado, e ágil no atendimento. O quarto era bem aconchegante, o banheiro bem grande e com uma queda d’agua pensada para não alagar, banheira espaçosa. Tv com vários streamings, ar condicionado funcionante e que gelava rapidinho. Café da manhã com opções de pães, bolos, frutas e salada de fruta, chá, café, iogurte e suco fresco. Retornaria com toda certeza.

adorei e vou me hospedar sempre ali

Área central da cidade em local de fácil acesso a transporte público (metrô e ônibus), tem um carrefour express 24h na mesma rua, alguns bares próximos que deixam a rua movimentada mas não barulhenta para quem está no hotel, dois restaurantes anexos ao hotel, confortável e limpo.
