The area was great but the staff service was subpar. Also there was a day where the WiFi was not working and I relied on WiFi so that was a major let down .plus the gym facility was horribly old, small and out of date. It made more sense to work out at the public parks nearby

Noisy, dirty bed not very clean

The 2 beds in the room had some crumbs over them and the blanket had the smell of some previous guest. There are lots of noise from the street so I tried to turn on air conditioning to produce a white noise but it was very weak and silent. Maybe for a one night stay it would not be too bad but I don’t recommend for a long stay.

Unser Flug ist um 5 Uhr in GRU gelandet, Gegen einer Gebühr (25€) konnten wir das Appartement früher einschecken (7:30) und sogar den Frühstück an den Tag haben. Das Appartement, groß und komfortabel. Frühstück sehr gut, mit typischen Brasilianischen Obst: Papaya, Melone, Ananas, pao de Queijo, etc. Wir waren in 20.Stock mit tollen Blick der enormen Stadt.Auf 23. Stock gabs ein Pool, gym und Sauna (Toll) weil als wir da waren hat’s viel geregnet und war frisch . Das Viertel ist sicher und kann man zu Fuß essen gehen, zahlreiche Möglichkeiten.

Foi muito bom, muito bem localizado, mas não sei se eu não me atentei quando fiz a reserva, mas deveria ter um avisa de que estão passando por reforma, o chuveiro do quarto estava com problemas, mas como passei apenas uma noite, não atrapalhou… fora isso e o fato de a piscina não ser nem climatizada, o hotel é muito bom, bem localizado, limpeza impecável, quarto grande e bem confortável
