The hotel was nice, clean and the staff was amazing . Guilherme, Marcelo and Paulo stood out in their service and dedication . For late flyers out of São Paulo, the option to have your luggage stored is excellent

Good reception staff, noisy room

The pool and gym is small but sufficient. The service at the reception is really good. The rooms are basic but slso ok. My room was towards the street and the noise level was something it took me ome nights to get used to (despite ear plugs)

The Checkin process was long perhaps because it was made with Expedia 20 mins prior to arrival but they could not find my reservation. The room was big but had paint peeling paint. The pool and sauna were nice but the wooden floors of the pool area was shading / peeling off. The staff was pleasant

Hotel needs maintenance, dirty stained walls, bad smell, trash on the hall not collected daily. We arrived with a baby and had to wait to make sure the room was ok for us, when we got there the lights did not work, we had to return to the front desk, wait and check ourselves for the new room. Not a safe area to walk.

While i went to the hotel, my reservation was not found for about half an hour. I had to call a customer service rep to handle the situation. The room had poor towels for the bathroo. The AC was constantly getting damage. There were no bed covers on the bed. The staff was great in assisting, but a lot of adjustments need to be done.

Was a bit disappointed with the communicstion and the fact that the cleaning staff threw away stuff that I saved for taking back to sweden. A Iron Maiden Glass for example. Hugely disappointed that the staff didn't answer on whatsapp when I made a Complain about this. Also the room service menu and whatsapp order for the room service didn't work....

A localização era muito boa, atendimento na recepção também. Fiquei receoso porque ao chegar foi dado um aviso(em papel) de que não havia garantia da segurança dos seus pertences deixados no quarto, somente se deixasse no cofre da recepção. A limpeza também não era 100%. Mas no geral, bom apartamento. Funcional, custo benefício ótimo, café completo.

Manutenção precária. Lâmpadas, tomadas e ar condicionado que não funcionam. Paredes sujas. Tive que trocar de ap por conta do ar condicionado. No “quarto novo”, ar condicionado também não funcionava bem (menos pior). Nenhuma tomada no ambiente do quarto funcionava, somente no ambiente da sala. Limpeza péssima. Aspecto muito ruim (paredes sujas). TV não funcionava e diversas lâmpadas queimadas. Não recomendo nem mesmo para uma única noite.

Apesar de contar com uma equipe maravilhosa, atenciosa e extremamente hospitaleira, que sempre nos recebeu com gentileza e fez o possível para garantir nosso bem-estar, o hotel — que possui uma estrutura muito bonita e promissora — infelizmente apresentou alguns problemas bastante sérios: 1. Recepção: As cadeiras grandes da recepção, que à primeira vista parecem confortáveis e seguras, não suportam o peso de um hóspede obeso. Ao me sentar, a cadeira cedeu e quebrou, fazendo com que eu caísse no chão. Precisei solicitar ajuda para me levantar, o que foi prontamente atendido pelos funcionários, que demonstraram muita solicitude. No entanto, trata-se de uma situação profundamente constrangedora, que poderia ter sido evitada com mobiliário mais adequado. 2. Apartamento: No quarto, também identificamos problemas sérios: o sofá da sala apresentava um buraco; diversas tomadas não funcionavam; e o banheiro, além de ser muito pequeno, possui um box cuja porta não fecha adequadamente. Uma pessoa grande, como eu, não consegue se mover ou fechar o box com conforto, sobretudo pela má distribuição do espaço e pela presença dos suportes de shampoo e outros acessórios. Pontos positivos: O hotel está muito bem localizado, a equipe é excepcional e o café da manhã está entre os melhores que já experimentamos. De forma geral, gostamos da estadia. No entanto, esses problemas, que podem gerar situações desconfortáveis ou até constrangedoras, acabaram prejudicando a avaliação final do hotel.

O primeiro quarto que me deram estava com o banheiro cheirando muito, muito, muito mal! Era o quarto 110 (se não me falha a memória) que o recepcionista disse que era de uma categoria um pouco melhor que a que havia reservado, mas como disse o cheiro estava insuportável! Desci na recepção e o recepcionista me deu um outro quarto, o 1107, que me pareceu ser menor do que o quarto que eu havia reservado! Esse quarto, o 1107 também estava com o banheiro cheirando um pouco mal, mas eu já estava muito cansado para solicitar outro quarto e fiquei com esse mesmo! Mas ressalto que não voltarei mais à esse hotel!
