There was a lot of noise during the day and in the night. There was a motor going on next to the apartment 24/7. Impossible to have a good night sleep here. The staff was not nice at all. Overall, I would not recommend it at all. There are far more options in Sao Paulo. Please don't go here.

Foi incrível desde o atendimento até a despedida. Contudo não sendo chato, mas sendo justo. Faltou a TV a cabo que, não estava funcionando. E a parte do estacionamento dou uma dica. Se já sabes que terá checkout, já deixa os carros preparados em filas para facilitar o manejo e deslocamento sem traumas. Fora isso, muito bom.

Precisa ter uma atençao com os lencois e toalhas. Reparar as tomadas que estao afundando nas paredes dos quartos 2002 2 6001. Os boxes dos banheiro do 308 precisa ser limpado os azulejos apresentam mofo. No demais tudo ok. A equipe da recepção e as camareiras são de excelência.

Precisa melhor as instalações eletricas falta tomadas no quarto 308 e as que tem estao quebradas afundadas nas paredes com risco pro hospede quando precisa usa las, melhorar a limpeza nos banheiros presença de mofo bos box. Atendimento excelente.

Excelente estdia.

Hotel em reforma. O apartamento que fiquei era excelente. Muito espaçoso e bem mobiliado. Apesar do design vintage observa-se que o apartamento está bem cuidado.
