I was not aware that the cleaning fee was charged separately and only learned about it at check-in. I was informed that I would receive the check-in instructions only after making the payment, which was unexpected and did not make for a welcoming arrival experience.

Studio novo, seguro, há melhorar

O Studio é novinho, o porteiro muito atencioso, e as dependências do condomínio são ótimas, o Studio está precisando de alguma reparos como tampa do vaso sanitário, porta sabonete e um acabamento no armário, faltou pano de prato e um bom travesseiro, o sofá cama não é muito confortável mas meu filho de 4 anos que dormiu lá, já a cama de casal é bem confortável, sugiro colocar sacos de lixo extra e um pano de prato, nós ficamos muito descalços achamos o piso como se tivesse com uma cola acredito que seja excesso de material de limpeza, no mais o apartamento é razoável pois não tem nada que se possa fazer a pé porém é novo e seguro.

O local é ok para quem precisa se hospedar na região. Porém, o apto necessita alguns ajustes: bacio está solto, os travesseiros são ruins, o black-out falho e o banheiro extremamente apertado. O chuveiro salva. Enfim, somos viajantes frequentes e conforto é prioridade.
