"Reception staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was pretty basic, kitchenette although no tea cups, no air con, small shower and shower head was broken it dribbled water constantly so we had to leave a towel to stop the sound. The hotel is based in an extremely quiet area so if you’re looking for nightlife or a tourist area this is not the place for you! We stayed for 3 nights which in this particular area was enough. View from balcony was lovely - overlooked the pool area and had a sea...

"Lovely place to say in Sintra. Great location, clean, comfortable. I would definitely stay again. Walking around Sintra involves alot of up hill climbing, so being on the third floor wasn't a challenge."

"We had a fantastic week’s holiday in Sintra. The hotel was perfectly located for a stroll into town and easy access the great restaurants, cafes and the sights of Sintra. Brill ice cream from Mica’s just outside the hotel. Easy train ride to Lisbon and the beach for day trips. The staff were very helpful and excellent service in particular Joao. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast full of choice everyday ready for hikes and touring about. "

"The hotel is truly as you see it in the images! The pool is massive and the beach is wonderful. We stayed with our 11&14year olds and they thought the location was awesome, and loved the breakfast. The room we had was spacious and perfect for all of us! You can easily pop to restaurants and the grocery store (we had a car), and the views from every space are gorgeous!"
