It is a very noce small hotel by the beach. The pool is gorgeous. Maresias is a beautiful beach, excellent for surfing ana playing beach tennis. The hotel staff is amazing very kind.

Experiência ruim na acomodação

Houve uma sucessão de problemas durante a estadia. No primeiro dia havia uma reforma na suite do lado, reclamamos do barulho de maquita e foi informado que era apenas aquele dia, no entanto, percorreu o barulho horrivel ate o outro dia. Segundo e terceiro dia: A banheira nao funcionava e o ar estava vazando encima da cama. Arrumaram a banheira e disseram que o ar tambem ja estava normal. Terceiro dia a noite: O ar continuou vazando e a manutenção foi novamente na suite. Falamos com o gerente e ele disse que nos daria uma cortesia, mas até o momento não foi formalizado. A comida é otima, os funcionarios muito prestativos, mas infelizmente nossa experiencia com relação a acomodação não foi boa

Excelente hospedagem.A melhor que já ficamos no litoral norte. Tudo é muito bom, do serviço ao conforto do quarto, os amenities, serviço de praia, piscina linda. Restaurante muito bom.Entregam o que cobra sem explorar o hospede. Um verdadeiro achado nessa região litorânea de São Paulo. Recomendo e voltaremos com certeza.

A piscina do hotel é maravilhosa, com borda infinita voltada ao mar. O serviço de praia é bom, mas as cadeiras são desconfortáveis. O ar condicionado do quarto não gelava o suficiente. O reservado do vaso sanitário não tem nenhum sistema de ventilação ou exaustão! O isolamento acústico do quarto é péssimo. A limpeza do quarto foi ineficaz, e o atendimento de bar e restaurante revelou inexperiência e despreparo. Dá-se a impressão da ausência de uma gerência mais atenta e eficiência.
