Residence in gated community with 185sqm of built area. It has 3 suites, living room, dining room, tv room, barbecue, gourmet kitchen, maid's suite, 3 vacancies. The house is fully furnished, air-conditioned in all environments, fans, wireless connection, SKY HD 140 channels, 3 60 "and 49" and 43 "TVs, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker , minigril, washer and dryer.
The house is the first left side, closer to the beach and two dorms have small partial sea views.
The condominium has lighted tennis court, deck with kiosk and garden facing the sea, shower, barbecue, heated pool, beach service with 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas, coffee table, ice machine, dry and wet sauna, fitness, party hall and games, 2 water captures, concierge and security cameras.
It is necessary to send a deposit check (or security deposit), in the amount of R $ 4,000, issued by the guest that is being made the reservation.
The lease accompanies the hiring of the fixed maid of the house for the additional amount of R $ 140 / day, maximum 5 days a week, which must be paid directly to the employee.

The house is great and the host and concierge were very accommodating. What was not to our liking was the fact that the house does not come with linens nor towels. The host was gracious enough to let us have a set he stores ion the house. Another not plus is that we were obligated to use their cook/maid during the stay. We did not need her but had to pay for her.

Excelente localização
O imóvel está muito bem localizado, limpeza excelente e comunicação com a administradora super ágil.
Tenho apenas duas observações: no contrato constou que a casa possuía edredons e não possui. Com o tempo ruim e chuva, fez falta.
O outro ponto é a obrigatoriedade de contratar diarista indicada pelo proprietário. No caso do meu grupo, a diarista praticamente não teve serviço, pois passamos o dia todo fora.

Ótima estadia
Passamos Natal em Juquehy. Fuimos em duas famílias e a casa foi muito funcional. O condomínio está perfeitamente ubicado na frente do mar com um deck de apoio sensacional. A Lia que ajudava com a casa foi sensacional, muito atenciosa e sempre disponível. Casa e condomínio mega recomendáveis.

A casa é linda, ótima localização, fica a poucos passos da areia e bem ao lado do delicioso restaurante frente ao mar Badaue, imperdível... A funcionária da casa foi super útil, fez petiscos e nos levou até a praia, serviço viu... Muito recomendado para famílias.... Voltaremos. Obrigada Andreia.

Maravilhosa estadia!
Estadia maravilhosa em uma casa de altíssimo padrão que oferece todo o conforto e comodidade necessários para um verdadeiro descanso!
O condomínio possui excelente infra-estrutura para adultos e crianças, a casa é aconchegante, com ótima mobília e com todos os utensílios de excelente qualidade. A empregada é muito boa e atenciosa. A praia é lindíssima, calma e muito bem frequentada. Fiz toda a locação diretamente com a Andreia que foi muito atenciosa e solicita. Recomendo a todos! Espero voltar em breve!

Maravilhosa semana em Juquehy.
minha família e eu adoramos e 100% recomendamos a estadia neste imóvel que esta muito bem localizado ao lado de restaurantes pé na areia com pratos incríveis.
o imóvel é exatamente o que se descreve e em suas fotos também. Muito aconchegante e confortável, pudemos curtir o todo oferecido e as comodidades do condomínio. A piscina aquecida é uma delícia, as crianças adoraram.
A empregada do imóvel é muito eficiente e discreta, nos ajudou com a arrumação do imóvel bem como com a cozinha, que alias é uma de suas especialidades.
esperamos voltar em breve e quem sabe na férias de Julho com a criançada.
