* Three double bedrooms - one with double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each. On request, the single beds can be used as a double bed. Each bedroom is equipped with adaptive lighting, wardrobe and linen,

* Large living room equipped with a communal lounge and TV area, bluetooth surround system, fireplace, cable TV, dining area for 8 people as well as an open kitchen (coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hot plates, hood, crockery, cutlery and cups). The sofa is extendable and thus can be used to sleep 2 people,

* A large bathroom equipped with toilet, a shower cubicle, towels, basic cosmetics and toiletries as well as a hair dryer,

* The apartment also has a spacious wooden terrace with panoramic views
the city of Sapareva Banya, Rila Mountains as well as Sapareva Banya Valley. The terrace is equipped with a table for up to 6 people, an electric grill, a sundeck, as well as a green courtyard to relax or play.
