“The staff was incredible! I did the Hilton virtual key because my flight got in around midnight and when I got up to my room my door was wide open. The staff handled it so kindly, and they even sent the security guard up to my room with me while moving me to a new one. Both were so kind and handled the situation perfectly. I will say the rooms are nice but the bed and pillows are awful. I’m not too picky when it comes to that stuff but my neck is still pretty tweaked. Otherwise great staff……

“This was a great hotel. The remodeled a school & the name reflects that. The decorating theme follows the concept of the building being a school. Photos of items in schools, painted chalkboard on bathroom door, etc. walk-in shower was great, room size was very adequate, supplies in room were eye make up remover, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, bottles of water as well as coffee. I was definitely impressed. Only thing I don’t like is they put a hold on your card for incidentals & the amount was……

“When I tell you the ENTIRE STAFF was TOP TIER!! From the front desk, to security, to house keeping, to the entire atmosphere Y'ALL DID THAT!!💪 Not being racist at all ,Im calling it the way I saw it. I was so IMPRESSED WITH MY CULTURE! My people have the hotel ON POINT, with kindness, smiles, courtesy, safety, giving directions and just being absolute nice people! I will forever give this hotel HIGH REGARD and will definitely be back! Not to mention the location, whatever you need is literally……

“Hotel overall was great. The staff seemed confused and did not know how to handle the tornado sirens/severe weather situation with patrons. The instructed us to go to the second floor via the elevator? There were also no instructions posted on where to go in the event of severe weather. ”

“I would give 5 star if wasn’t for the AC unit blow directly to my bed( can’t adjust), and the room doesn’t have a light but only a small table lamp. considering the price, 4 star should do it, they really keep it clean, very nice public area and kitchen, staff are very friendly. Even though they don’t provide breakfast, during weekends, they do have a lot of free fresh fruits, donuts, and good quality coffee. They also give you 2 bottles of water in your room as well as a complimentary small……
