It's a good hotel to live with. However, during winter, the air conditioner could only serve warm wind, which make the room very very hot and uncomfortable during sleep. Appreciated that if the system allows some adjustments, which could lower the room temperature.

這是我第二次入住，體驗是完全遭到無法接受，我期待的早餐也實在是對不起我付出去的錢，以後我不給第三次機會了。 第一次入住是疫情前的舊館，我們體驗100分，但舊館關閉到了新館體驗實在是太太太差勁了，房費也貴了一倍。

对于房间紧凑，床极度小的日本来说。这间酒店非常适合家庭出游，我们一家四口每人一张床，行李空间能正常打开两个32寸的行李箱。已经很满足了，浴室空间也不错，水压也非常给力。步行到札幌站也就10分钟内。下次还会继续考虑这间酒店。

I was real surprised to be greeted by a manager at the Reception citing my last name eventhough it had been at least six month since I last stayed there.

酒店走欧州風格，所以不太時尚，清潔還可以，員工英文不好！應該多加培訓！酒店吸煙區只開放至晚上九点，而酒店外完全禁止吸煙，如要吸煙要到隔離ANA酒店吸煙才可！

Convenient location, room and bed comfortable. Very grand breakfast hall with lots of food. The additional charge for the hot spring is unreasonably high, over 1200 yens for weekdays and 1500 yens for weekend and sundays
