This is not 4 star hotel , it's not worth what I paid for, there is only fancy entrance, rest is run down old property ,luck of maintenance, understaffed (employees are amazing) Conclusion False advertising hotel should be 2 🌟 Would I go back NO

The bathrooms need to be updated as the tubs are too deep and the smaller rooms shower bed is too flimsy Also, the faucet was spraying all over the place instead in the sink TV was way too small for the room Overall, I was not too happy as my room was downgraded to accommodate my dad’s limited ability to move and use the bathroom in the bigger room (hence deep tub) and was given a smaller room with no money back I will not stay here again

Wow at first you think a beautiful building, a full spa, and a balcony with views are a great value for a hotel. But everything was bad. Shower drain clogged, no hot water (just barely warm water) , breakfast is very poor quality - only one salad for a health resort. Spa pool was so dirty, there were puddles of water in front of pool, I was afraid to step in and lockers don’t have locks. Very outdated equipment

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Mainly because the whole places smelt so so so bad, it was just awful, I have never stayed anywhere that smelt that terrible, it made me feel sick and was hard to sleep.

It was a horrible experience for us. Temperature was 6 degree celcius outside we asked them to activate heating of the air conditioner they said that it is a normal weather for them and they can only activate during winter. We lived under our blankets for 3 days. They are asking extra fee if you want thermal treatment as well. It is not included in the normal hotel booking. Overall, the first 3 days of our bosnia trip was horrible. Thank you Terme for making this happened.

February visit for 1 night

Like many other during the winter season, the hotel was under repair works. I was hoping there would be a shop nearby that sells swimwear so I could visit the pool and spa area, but nothing of sort there. Perhaps best to stay there a few days & bring your own swim/gym wear. On the positive side, it’s close to the airport and shuttle bus was provided, beds are comfortable and it was relatively quiet.

Kunne blive et dejligt sted. Med lidt mere hjerte.

Tja sku ha været hentet, men det ku man ikk pga flyforsinkelse. Og vi havde dog talt i telefon om ankomsten. Værelse med enten altan eller terresse exersiterede ikke. Så fik først en krog, siden ved anmærkning dog et værelse med et lille blik til haven. Morgenmaden religions venlig, tør og kedelig. Sidste dag en meget høflig og venlig mand ved skranken. Her opdagede så at prisen ikk var som aftalt. Og blev ikk reguleret. Chaufføren til lufthavnen havde mere travlt med at ryge end at få os i lufthavnen til tiden. Heldigvis for os har vi boet i området ellers tror ikke jeg ville komme igen.

veldig skittent

først vil jeg si at dette i utgangapunktet er en veldig fin hotell med fin resepsjon god størrelse på rommene og bad gode senger tv og alt annet som man forventer fra en fire stjerners hotell. Problemet på dette hotellet slik jeg ser det er at alle gir blaffen. Jeg fikk først rom 167 i første etg. Når man går ned gangen for å komme til rommet er det som om man er i filmen Blade. nesten all lys er skrudd av for at man ikke skal se skader på veggene. Skadene er virkelig ikke så store at man med litt sparkel og et strøk med maling ikke kunne fått gjort dem i stand på en dag eller to. Dette burde gjøres omgående da første inntrykket i dag er veldig dårlig. Selve rommet er stor og fin men veldig veldig skittent. Jeg kan ikke huske å ha vært på et skittnere rom. Heldigvis funket ikke wifien på rommet og jeg ble da flyttet ril rom 376. dette rommet var mye bedre men også skittent. det samme gjelder dukene i restauranten. motbydelige og burde kastes omgående. jeg tok en video som jeg gjerne skulle lastet opp eller sendt til ledelsen av hotellet da de ikke kan være klare over hvordan tilstanden ved hotellet er nå. Dersom man tar tak og rengjør rommene ordentlig så vil dette være en veldig fin hotell som jeg gjerne kunne kommet tilbake til men slik det er nå kan jeg ikke anbefale noen å bruke dette hotellet

Overall nice place to stay. If you're seeking a spa treatment with health benefits this is the place. The spa is based on sulphur springs, so you will have to tolerate occasional smell of sulphur. The smoking culture is still strong and there is an area inside the building on the first floor where people sit and smoke, so you will have to deal that as well. Internet connection nis good but coverage is choppy. If Your room happens to be in the area without Wi-Fi coverage, then you have to rely on local mobile network provider. Staff is curtious and kind.
