There is a lot to like about this place. The rooms are clean and modern. The hotel has great views across the bay. The breakfast was quite good. The hotel is located with easy walking distance of the centre.
Now, the not-so-good:
(1) the service was slightly disorganised. As an example, the front desk insisted I hadn't paid for the room and charged me again. I then had to argue about it and have the transaction reversed. It was an honest error by them, but inconvenient and unnecessary.
(2) the loud doof-doof dance music from the bar nearby. until early in the morning. What made it particularly annoying is that the noise seemed to be coming from the Demi lounge, which is associated with the hotel. If management is serious about running the hotel, they need to prioritise the guests' comfort over making profit at the bar.

Lovely hotel
Reception staff were lovely and couldn’t do more to ensure we had a great stay. Hotel itself is nice with good decor and facilities. Private beach is a bonus but didn’t use too much as was too pebbly for me, would prefer sand but personal preference. Position of hotel is great for everything, especially the views of the sunset. Overall would recommend.
