I was pleasantly surprised with 5 star service I received at the hotel. Great Check-In Great Service Food was Fantastic from the breakfast buffets to dinner. Must try the seafood linguini.

The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast was great. However i wanted to use the pool, but the pool was positively dirty and unmaintained. I understand that summer is over and there might not be as many guests coming in, but the pool remains part of the service that comes with the hotel amd why i chose the hotel for 2 days in the fiest place, so not being able to swim was a major disservice. Staff at the hotel were nice and polite, and the view from my room was exactly as i pictured it. Again, only problem i had was not being able to use the pool.

Good location,

Hotel was very nice. Clean and comfortable. Located in middle of tourist area so it was overpriced (more that the 5 start hotel we use in Tirana with total full service.) At check in Hotels.com used an old credit card I had and the hotel could not over ride it, and use my new one. Hence had to pay cash for the stay. Room said there was a coffee maker, never found it. Also did not see there was any Room service. Food in restaurant was mediocre, and an average menu, nothing unique. Had better food at a local family restaurant on one of the side streets away from the water front.

Nice place, disappointing service

So I will start by saying absolutely not a 5-star hotel - perhaps overall a 3-star. The rooms are clean and modern, 4 star there, we also had the most beautiful view from our sea view room! Some of the reception staff are friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast… all hot items were stone cold. And the service was non-existent. The hotel served a purpose of a nice room for the night and we used it for exactly that. I wouldn’t choose this hotel for a “hotel holiday” but a very lovely choice as a base if travelling north or south of Sarande if exploring Albania. Also worth noting, the beach in the pictures is not part of the hotel - you need to pay to use the beds.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber aber Personal nicht viel Großartig ist. Kühlschrank im Zimmer funktioniert überhaupt nicht, obwohl habe ich am Rezeption diesen Fehler gemeldet habe. Die schwarze Frau, die am Rezeption arbeitet ist sehr unfreundlich ist. Für dieses Geld was ich bezahlt habe, wert überhaupt nichts. Interne Verbindung im Hotel ist sehr schlecht, wir haben Internet mehr Tage nicht gehabt. Ich empfehle niemanden dass dieses Hotel besuchen wird!
