讚好：整潔度、職員與服務和住宿狀況
would have rated higher if facilities in use
Booking:3 nights , double room king bed balcony with sea view.
Upon check in did not receive the room booked. When questioned I was transferred to another room although still not one with a King Size bed.
This hotel has recently been renovated and newly refurbished so everything looked clean and new. Room was comfortable size with aircon, flat screen tv and a bed with a firm mattress, good wifi.
Bathroom: no shower curtain or screen so pretty wet after showering.
Housekeeping great, always coming back to a clean room and clean towels.
Breakfast a good spread incl fresh fruit etc although coffee pretty weak and no tea or sugar....
BUT.... the empty pool as well as the beach were being worked on so we could not use these facilities. I think hotels should send booking sites notifications re renovations so we as customers can make a more informed decision when booking... we had planned sightseeing as well as some relaxing at the pool/beach.
As such I was disappointed and have rated this hotel lower as I paid for facilities I could not use.
Run by a friendly family and a 10 minute walk from downtown Saranda.
I was informed the works would be finished mid June so check beforehand re use of pool/beach area . No doubt great when completely finished.
