I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The ocean view was absolutely stunning, and waking up to the sea each morning was a highlight of my trip. The service was exceptional throughout my stay; friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The breakfast was great, with plenty of fresh and tasty options each morning. The location is perfect, right on the Sarandë boardwalk, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and enjoy the waterfront atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The nicest people you’ll ever meet!! Super central hotel, clean and great views. Right next to all restaurants and bars, but still tucked away so you don’t get all the noise. Breakfast changes every morning, so great variation. Street parking only. Beach is only a few minutes away by foot. Only downside is that water in the shower takes a bit to get hot, and due to the design the floor gets very wet. But overall, extremely good value for money. Thank you for the stay, would come again :)

Excellent location on the beachfront and the family that own it are very accommodating and friendly. A good variety of breakfast each morning with generous portions. The rooms were cleaned daily and it is definitely worth getting a room with a sea view.

Lovely little hotel

A lovely little hotel just off the main promenade, the rooms were lovely and the owners and staff couldnt do enough for you. The bar and restaurant/breakfast room maybe a little dated but still presented well. I would definitely stay at Hotel Real again

I was so thrilled with the seaside view room i chose.. plus this hotel is so convenient for catching a bus or a tour bus and a short walk from the ferry terminal .. also a few steps from the boardwalk.. the staff at this hotel so friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfast!

Mycket fint hotell, trevlig personal

Rent och fräscht hotell, vänlig och tillmötesgående personal. Svårt med språket men de gjorde allt för att lösa det ändå och inga problem uppstod som inte löstes smidigt. God och varierad frukost varje morgon som serverades vid bordet. Sarandë som ort rekommenderar vi inte men boendet var väldigt trevligt! Extremt ”turistig” och exploaterad ort. Mer ungdomsfest.

What a lovely surprise. The hotel was close to the ferry terminal and right next to the main promenade of restaurants and bars. Perfect location. I would definitely stay again.

The road is only small, but we were able to find a parking space. Best to arrive and depart early or late to avoid traffic. The hotel is on the sea front. We didn't have a sea view, but the balcony was still nice. Room was clean and bright. Comfortable bed, hot shower. Lovely walking out the hotel onto the promenade for a stroll in the evening. Breakfast was fabulous, care is taken over it every day. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. We stayed 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Best value hotel with great view

We arrived at the hotel early, around 9:30am. The owner gave us a room immediately. The room was spacious and extremely clean. It looked new to me. Great view from the balcony. I think the hotel is owned by a couple. They both were very accommodating and helpful with wonderful smiles. They don't speak fluent English, but we had no problem to communicate. The hotel location is very convenient, close to everything. If we ever go back to Sarande, we would stay at hotel real again.
