不滿：整潔度、職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
I would of rather stayed in my car and or slept on a park bench. The staff was so unreasonable I was doing my best to explain to her that the advertisement for the property was inaccurate and deceiving but then I realized that she was even more deceiving and dishonest then her advertisement for the room. The pictures are all pictures of the resorts next door this place has nothing. It says it’s on a private beach when it is on an active construction site. It should be listed on AirBnb because it’s located in a condominium building. No reception or housekeeping or anything that a real hotel or resort has. I kept trying to explain to this woman the reasons why I was not happy with the listing when I arrived and noticed that the listing was full of lies and I told her that I just wanted what I paid for she responded this is what you paid for and she told me I should have read the listing throughly before booking as if I can not read that it says it’s on a private beach yet there is no beach at all on the property. She insisted that I move my car from the legal street parking because the police will give me a ticket and to put it into the parking lot next door for 10€ a day, when I told her that her listing said parking costs 5€ her response was the price went up so she just wanted to scam me for an additional 30€ to park my car. I told her I will be putting all of this in my review and she responded you can write whatever you want in your review instead of making things better.
