「The lady at the front desk kept me waiting while she ate food in the back. When she finally decided to check me in , she was very rude. The building had construction going on everywhere. The bathroom shower would not drain and had strong chemical gases coming from the standing water. We weren’t able to stay in the bathroom for more than a couple of minutes before coughing and feeling light headed. The beds were hard and the floor. I would have expected to pay a lot less for a dump like that」

「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」

「When we travel, our biggest priorities are cleanliness of the room, bedding and bathroom. A comfortable bed is up there, too. This trip was a stop on our way to a long vacation, so our dog is traveling with us. This hotel was more than accommodating- the pet fee is low-a nice surprise. No breed or weight restrictions.
