Ground unit Pool 10 Min to beach on golf course
This Venice vacation condo rental has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and room for 4 guests and features views of the fairway on Plantation Golf Course. It is a ground floor unit and has 2 separate lanais. You can enjoy the sun and swimming at the pool, local shopping, golf and nearby beaches. The unit features beach wicker furniture and all the kitchen supplies needed. All linens and towels are included as well. It is located in Farmington Vistas which is the safest community because they require all guests to complete a background check application. Since the condo association requires monthly rentals, please start on the first day of the month and end on the last day of the month.

Relaxing and Perfect
Paul was a great host and was attentive when needed. Check in and out were easy and convenient as well. The patios were great and we were pleased the kitchen was well equipped for all of our cooking needs. Loved the pool noodles and beach equipment he had and the pool was only a two minute walk. Overall the location was quiet, clean, and perfect for a relaxing girls trip! Thanks so much Paul!

Beautiful Views
Easy to maneuver wheelchair although small step to entrance and small step down to lanai. Kitchen and pantry well supplied! Lovely pool! Short walk from condo. Grills and picnic table beside pool! Very comfortable beds! Great communication with owner! Smooth check-in! Will stay here again!

Overlooking the golf course
It was a nice and clean condo that overlooked the golf course. It was very quiet and good location to take a walk. It’s a private course, so you can’t make a reservation here to golf, but there are several public courses nearby that you can, if you golf. If you don’t golf, the pool is right there and very nice. There are plenty of places you can drive to for entertainment in Venice. We love the shops and restaurants in Venice. Also, very nice to walk or take your bike around here.

Spacious, Clean, perfect condo setting
This 2 BR , 2 BA condo was perfect for our family. There were tennis courts, a pool, community gas grills, Washer/Dryer, screen in porches. There was plenty of room, easy access, great location to restaurants and groceries and the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

The property was perfect!
We so enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything was spotless and just as pictured. Very quiet community which we appreciated. Paul was very accessible by phone, text and email through the booking process and also through our stay. We had a challenge with the washer and within a couple of hours he had someone out to fix the problem. Wonderful property, great area, I would definitely recommend this condo!
