The house has two upstairs bedrooms, each with a sizable closet. Bathroom with bathtub.

Downstairs is the living room, dining room, kitchen, and a separate office space. Kitchen has original brick and gas fireplace.

Shady backyard with bbq and lounge furniture, and classic Saratoga-style screened in porch in the front.

10-15 minute walk to Broadway. Tennis courts and kids' playground nearby.

Short Uber/Lyft ride from the Saratoga Amtrak station, or a 30 minute drive from the Albany - Rensselaer station.

Fantastic stay!

We had such a great stay! The house is beautiful—so well decorated and very clean. We felt right at home. We loved being a short walk from town, too. Felt like our own little oasis, but still in a super convenient location. Amanda was a fantastic host— very communicative and made check in/out seamless. Can’t wait to go back!

We stayed there for 2 nights with a couple of friends when we went to Saratoga to attend a show at SPAC. We really enjoyed the house. It was welcoming, friendly and very comfortable. We especially loved walking into town and getting to SPAC easily via Uber. The neighborhood is quiet, we felt safe. We highly recommend!
