“My family and I were going to a funeral that day. They allowed us to check in early and were kind and super friendly. Rooms were clean, no bugs, recently updated and comfortable. ”

“Room was nasty. I didn’t even want to shower because bathroom wasn’t clean, and wore shoes the whole time in my room because I was afraid to go barefoot. Glad I had a travel blanket in my car because sheets were dirty so I slept on top of my blanket. No coffee pot in room or lobby. Advertised continental breakfast-even had sign at front desk-said they discontinued that years ago and told me to go to Waffle House across the street. Were rude. Empty vending machines. Lobby area dirty. Parking lot……

“Spacious room, helpful staff. Our family of six were comfortable, all in one room. Two queen beds and a queen sofabed. ”

“What a wonderful little cottage. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed the location in the historical district, the Jacuzzi tub, and the comfortable bed. The patios and little outdoor seating areas were a pleasant bonus as well as the breakfast. The garden cottage was situated on the top floor of the house with its own private outdoor entrance”

“The bathtub and kitchen sink had drainage issues. The bathtub also had standing water after use. I wish staff had checked the obvious issues before letting room on rent.”

“A beautiful stay, with exquisite bed sheets and thoughtful home design. But . . . thin walls. My neighbors were partying at 4 am! A quiet time, or an enforced quiet time, would have helped.”

“Could not get the air conditioner to shut down. Hotel staff said he would come look and did not show up. Called 5 times but no answer. ”

“Wrinkled sheets and pillowcases. Hair all over sheets. AC on cold. Temps near freezing ... Took forever to get warm. Room stunk like mildew.”

“I was disappointed that my room didn't have a microwave. It did have a fridge which was helpful. Ice machine wasn't working on my floor.I was a little bothered with housekeeping having checked into my room after midnight and crashed, around 10am they were knocking vigorously persistently even though my stay was on the 1st night of a 3 night reservation. I didn't noticed there was a do not disturb sign to hang. I was definitely disturbed. Overall it was an ok stay. I'd consider other……

“Lobby was very dark. The sitting area had lights off. Very off-putting for a first impression. Walls need paint, smell of a harsh lemon cleaner or fragrance to try to smell clean was very heavy in the air. The tub faucet was cracked and not draining properly. The staff was unable to print my receipt since I booked through Expedia. Would not plan to stay here again. ”
