「The Rosemont is simply one of the best places we stayed at in all of Arkansas. It was only for one night on a road trip across the state, but it could not have been more perfect. Clean, cozy, cutely decorated, smelled good, unique, safe, walkable neighborhood, interesting things to see and eat and do nearby. Oh and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! Reasonably priced for all the bonuses of staying there, and the communication was excellent to boot. Would absolutely stay there again.」

The house was very clean, adequately described in listing, and Ruth made sure we had everything we needed. We were concerned about the location’s proximity to I-630 but it never bothered our sleep. It delivered and then some! 「Property is an old 4 plex. Had troubles with the code door locks. The only way to keep the entrance door closed was with the code lock. Cheap, simi modern furniture. Furniture was good condition. There were no curtains over the windows and the blinds are torn up. So no privacy in a downtown location. Had a great capsule style coffee maker, but no coffee capsules provided. There were used capsules in the back compartment of the coffee maker. The toilet had urinate still in it upon our arrival....
