This comfortable, air-conditioned studio in a recently-built luxury residence with residential pool is ideally located near the marina, shops and the beach (150 m) of Scaffa Rossa.
A 3-minute walk from shops: bakeries, mini-markets, boutiques.

Living room: 2-seater convertible sofa (140), 1 bed (140), coffee table, table, fan, TV (TNT), closet, cupboard with washing machine ....
Kitchenette: 4-burner electric hob, microwave oven, fridge-freezer combo, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, picnic equipment...
Bathroom: bath, washbasin, hairdryer, bathroom scale.
Separate WC
Beautiful 21m² terrace (partly covered): dining table, 2 parasols, deckchairs, electric BBQ, sea view.
Swimming pool (secure, locked) is open from 01/05 to 30/09 Swimming pool opening hours: 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Pets NOT allowed
A credit card imprint will be requested on arrival as a security deposit: Deposit: 600 €.
Housework (65€) and linen optional
Housework must be paid for if you leave before 9:00 am.
Visitor's tax payable on arrival
