4 minutes walk from the heart of Sarlat, the house is in a quiet environment. Completely renovated, it offers 6 beds in 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room. The landscaped exterior allows you to take meals and enjoy a protected area. Ejoki, in Occitan, means "it is here" and the house is called because "it is here" that you will spend a good holiday! Closed garage.

The house is classified 3 stars. Equipped with all the elements of comfort in the kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, hood, induction hob, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine), the house also has wifi and TV with TNT and NETFLIX channels. A BBQ is available in the garden. The 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor are divided into 1 bed of 160, 1 bed of 140, 2 beds of 80 and are equipped with new bedding and quality. Upstairs, 1 bathroom with bath and on the ground floor, 1 bathroom.

Lovely spot

Nice , bright house well suited for our group of four adults. Recent renovation inside so fresh paint and clean. I would recommend. Only issue is it is a bit of a hill up from the village but we managed with all our luggage from the train station . Owner very friendly and accommodating.

Excellent séjour, dans cette maison située à moins de 10 minutes du centre de Sarlat à pieds, bien équipée et adaptée aux enfants en bas-âge. Le petit jardin offre la possibilité de manger dehors, ce qui est appréciable en ville.

Belle maison avec prestations de hautes qualités

Nous avons passé une semaine en aout dans la maison ejoki avec grand plaisir. La maison a été récemment rénovée avec des matériaux et de la déco de qualité. La piece de vie (salon - sam - cuisine) est très agréable, ouverte sur la terrasse, à l'abri de tous vis à vis. La literie est neuve et de qualité. La propriétaire, très sympa, a équipé sa maison d'une belle chaise haute bb, d'une baignoire et de barrières pour les escaliers. Maison 'baby friendly' :) Sarlat est à 5 minutes à pied à l'aller et environ 8-10 minutes au retour (forte montée) mais bien faisable, meme en pousette. Nous avons été bien dans cette location. Le seul bémol, s'il faut en trouvé un, serait d'ajouter un parasol ou une aile pour faire de l'ombre dans le jardin pelousé. Nous n'avons pas pu en profiter car le soleil etait fort.
