Ein Garten zum Entspannen, diverse Sitzplätze, Panoramablick, genial. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ausgesprochen netter, sympathischer Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Wir können alle sehr guten Bewertungen bestätigen.”

“Ilva’s home was fabulous. The views were amazing. Ilva was an absolute delight and we constantly cursed our lack of Italian as we would have been able to communicate so much better. Ilva was a fabulous hostess and checked in to make sure we were okay. The house was charming and lovingly decorated. On leaving we had issues with car, Ilva drove into Sarnano to meet us and called a mechanic. Truth be known we were sorry to leave.”

“Wir wollten ein Objekt, das nicht in einer Tourismusgegend liegt. Und genau das haben wir bekommen. Ein schönes großes Haus, mit allen Einrichtungsgegenständen, die man benötigt. Alles funktionierte, nur das WiFi war teilweise unterbrochen. Der Vermieter Sergio war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Wer die Gegend erkunden möchte, ist bei diesem Objekt an der richtigen Stelle. Die Marken sind wunderschön, interessant und abwechslungsreich.”

“The view alone is worth staying in this apartment. San Ginesio is a lovely small hilltop city and we were right in the heart of it. The apartment is beautifully appointed and Valentina has done a wonderful job of stocking it with the necessities for a comfortable stay. Everything is within walking distance and parking was less than a block away. Great place to stay.”

“Das Ferienhaus in den Bergen von San Severino Marche ist wunderschön und sehr groß. Es besteht aus zwei unabhängigen Wohneinheiten und einem gemeinsam genutzten Garten. Da wir beide Wohneinheiten gemietet haben, hatten wir das gesamte Areal für uns. Die Vermieter sind ein sehr, sehr nettes Ehepaar, die das gesamte Haus und den Gartenbereich liebevoll gestaltet haben. Man benötigt ein Auto, um zu dem Ferienhaus und auch zu den einzelnen Geschäften zu kommen, aber San Severino ist ein hübscher……
