“Staff excellent rooms very run down. Bathroom in poor shape, curtains don't fit windows , doors stick when you open or close it. Beds way too soft. Hotel needs a lot of up grading.”

“We stayed for one night as we decided to visit Sarina, and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel and room was clean, and our shower and bed were great! The bed was sooooo comfy! The hotel was packed full but was still very quiet and a wonderful stay. :) Staff was very helpful as well!”

“I booked for my mom as were relocating her down, the owners are lovely and you can see where they are doing renovations, I do believe the other rooms are renovated to what the photos look but the room we ended up with was at the starting stages of renovations, patchwork on the walls and minor aesthetic issues, but for the price and the care of my mom's wellbeing from the staff I can't really complain about the room not being like the photo. Would book again”

“Didn't stay there. Websight said vacancies, i booked. When i got there they said they were full. They shuffled me off to their friends motel that i had stayed at before and did want to stay again because of mould. Exhausted, I stayed. Got sick, went to hospital. All arrangements between friends carried out in language i did not know. I felt ' managed' and basicaly an inconvenience to these men. ”
