No working Air condition in the whole hotel

The air condition did not work, which made the otherwise OK hotel a terrible experience. Since other reviewers report the same thing i really doubt that it is "temporary" and "technician is on the way". In 40 celsius it was a sleepless night even with Windows open.

Udemærket til prisen

Udemærket hotel med perfekt beliggenhed. Dog gør den centrale beliggenhed at der er en del gadestøj. Fint renoveret værelse, men meget hård seng og hård hovedpude. Morgenmaden var ikke imponerende men OK. Evt book uden morgenmad og spis på en af de nærliggende cafeer.

Plus que bien.

Un réceptionniste super et très serviable.Il nous a donné une chambre avec une superbe vue.Des renseignements sur les marchés de la région.Le restaurant d'a côté était excellent.Seul petit bémol.la douche n'est pas étanche si l'on met trop de pression. Mais a part ça tout était parfait.

Albergo centralissimo fronte lago, la struttura ristrutturata in buono stato. Stanze pulite e ottimo l'assortimento per l'igiene personale. Lo staff della reception veramente gentile e professionale.

Var inte så bra. Receptionisten kunde inte ett ord engelska, frukostpersonalen var otrevlig, vårt rum hade ingen AC så vi svettades hela natten samt att de var renoveringe på utsidan av hotellet och det hade vi inte fått information om. Läget var bra, men lät otroligt mycket på natten.

Wonderful part of the 'old town'

A repeat stay at this lakeside hotel. Excellent breakfast choice and friendly staff. Boutique shops in this location, so no bargains! 20 minute walk to Lidl across the river in Pratico, so one can stock up, with food and cheap wine, etc. Ideal location for me as I can get there on an hourly bus from Bergamo. Mountains to climb and ferry to Monte Isola, birdwatching and peace! A twice yearly must!
