「Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig schön und komplett eingerichtet. Die Aussicht, der Garten gefällt, der Privatzugang zum Meer sehr angenehm, das Meer ruhig und geschützt, das Wasser ist extrem klar. Allerdings ist der Strand sehr schmal und voller Seegras. Das Haus liegt in einem reinen ‚Villenviertel‘ weitab von jeglicher Infrastruktur. 「Nous avons passé, nos amis et nous, un très agréable séjour chez Valerio, un hôte très agréable et très à l'écoute. La maison est idéalement située en bord de mer avec accès direct depuis le jardin. 「Hallo zusammen, wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub, der Strand war immer anziehend und die Abende auf der Terrasse wunderbar. Es wäre vielleicht schön gewesen, wenn ein nahe zu Fuss erreichbarer Supermarkt für Kleinigkeiten vorhanden gewesen wäre. 「La proprietà è molto bella, ben curata e completa di molti comfort. La piscina è strepitosa e la casa permette di vivere all'aria aperta nella pace più completa, complimenti. Mi permetto di dare alcuni suggerimenti: 1. l'annuncio dovrebbe specificare meglio l'ubicazione di due delle camere da letto che non sono in un seminterrato ma in una sotterraneo. 「The accomodation was very clean, exactly how it was shown in the pictures. Stefano is a really nice host, if we had any questions he immediatly answered. He also gave us useful tips about near shops and markets or what to see near the accomodation. There is a really nice beach directly infront of the house which was never crowded and we could have space for ourselves. there is a shop with all the necessities 5 minutes away from the house. To the city centre of Cagliari it is definetly too far...

「Casetta indipendente molto vicina alle spiagge del Poetto e a mezz'ora da quelle di Villasimius. 「We had a perfect week staying at Anna’s house. The location is amazing, the house well kept and convenient, Anna was super helpful and accommodated our late arrival on Saturday and also provided all the instructions and advices needed to make the most of the stay in an amazing region.
