8.8/10 Excellent! (7,435 reviews)
It is an appealing, older, traditional hotel ideally located in the theater district only a block from times square. The room was well appointed and comfortable. There is a nice lounge on ground floor. The AC worked well and there was minimal street noise. There is no breakfast but a deli next to the hotel has a wide variety of chouices for breakfast at at reasonable price, A parking garage is conveniently located across the street.

9/10 Wonderful! (3,063 reviews)
The hotel is in a perfect area for times square commute however the amenities weren't as helpful. The fact that every time we needed ice, we had to go to the grab and go shop but they limited us to 1 cup of ice each time. I understand that they are the only spot that provides ice for their shop and the hotel so they have to limit supply, but it was extremely hot during my stay and ice was a must!! Other than that, everything else was ok. The room was smaller than I expected but it worked out well for my husband and I.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (3,593 reviews)
This hotel overall was nice! My daughter and I arrived around 11:30 and they were able to accommodate us with a room early. It's located in the heart of Times Square which was a plus. The communication and attentiveness of the staff can be improved however. I've stayed at other hotels in Times Square where I've received better customer service overall. For example, after making it to the 42nd floor to our room, I couldn't figure out how to turn on the lights in the room. I had to call the front desk to figure that out. If the lady checking us in would have provided that information, I would've been so confused why the lights, TV, air wouldn't work. Also, no one offered to bring our bags up to our room for us and there was a long wait to pick our bags up from the holding area the day of departure. Also, the elevators were SLOW and oftentimes, it seemed as if only one was working.
