Holiday Apartment "Casa Bea Marinella" with Sea View and Balcony

The Casa Bea Marinella apartment is located on the second floor of a condominium with an elevator and a reserved parking space. It has 3 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed, one with 2 single beds, and one with a queen-size double bed), 2 bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, and an open-plan kitchen, offering a maximum capacity of 6 guests. Additional amenities include a TV, Wi-Fi connection, and a washing machine. The apartment boasts 3 large balconies with a splendid view of the beach, the Montemarcello hill (9 km away), and the Apuan Alps, the mountains above Carrara. In the immediate vicinity, you will find shops, bars, restaurants, cafés, and a supermarket reachable in just 3 minutes on foot. The location is very convenient: only 20 meters from the beach, 1 km from the tourist area of Marina di Carrara, and a 16-minute drive from historic Sarzana (10 km), an ancient Roman city in the heart of Lunigiana, famous for hosting Dante Alighieri and its two castles. In Marinella, you can go jogging in the "Tenuta di Marinella", an agricultural area of over 500 hectares with an agro-industrial village. In 20 minutes by car, you will reach Forte dei Marmi, a renowned tourist destination in Versilia, while Portovenere and the Cinque Terre can be reached in about an hour by car. Florence is about a 90-minute drive away.

Posto bruttissimo paese bruttissimo

Appartamento smesso, da ricostruire da zero. Terrazzi crollano. Confusione perché è sulla strada. Solo la vista mare da un leggero sollievo a tutto questo pessimo posto. Troppo costoso!!
