“The photos are not what they rooms are. It is really a rundown place, where the "cottage" is ugly and poorly maintained. The way to reach the "cottages" are poorly kept. One needs a 4x4 to drive around the property. The Superior Cottage was like a shack, narrow, not properly finished, a disgrace. We were offered another one and shown the photos, which in no way reflected, once again, what we then saw. Old, narrow rooms with a strong odor of not well kept place. It is a disgrace to have this……

“We stayed in 6 hotels in Italy. This was our favorite. Giovanni was the property manager. First, he met us at the parking garage and put our luggage in a motorized cart. He walked us through the small town to the property and pointed out a good restaurant. There is a set of stairs to the property. Then another set of stairs to the room. The property has a small lift for luggage.
The room was beautiful and nicely set up. We had a balcony. Not all rooms have the balcony but the view is over a……

“Scenic hotel with amazing view. Was able to see stunning sunset from our balconies. The rooms are new and bright. Breakfast is delicious and situated in a stunning ambience. Proximity to town where we got a great dinner with local fare. Service is friendly as well and the staff is always willing to help. Would definitely recommend - worth the drive out from Le Spezia.”
