Ideally located in Sarzeau, on the Rhuys peninsula, this apartment will seduce you with its beautiful ocean view from the balcony. Fully equipped, it offers all the comfort necessary to accommodate up to 4 travellers. On fine days, enjoy the furnished balcony to have your meals in the sun. The beach is only 100m away, at the end of the lane, and the nearby coastal path is perfect for lovely walks on foot or by bike along the ocean.



Pass through the front door and discover a beautiful living space leading to the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher) will allow you to prepare your meals as at home. For breakfast, you will also have a kettle, a toaster as well as a filter coffee maker. You can share your meals around the indoor dining table or enjoy the balcony table on fine days. In the evening, meet up in the lounge area, comfortably settled on the sofa facing the television.



The accommodation has 2 sleeping areas:

Bedroom 1: two single beds (80 x 190 cm) that can be pushed together to form a Queen Size bed, a wardrobe and a storage shelf.

Living room: a sofa bed (140 x 190 cm).



The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. The toilets are separate for added comfort.



A washing machine, an ironing board and an iron are also at your disposal.



You will have a private parking space in the residence car park to park easily
