Moin... Zimmer und Personal top. Um 19.45 hatte die Küche schon geschlossen. Finde ich etwas früh für Außendienstler. Ich habe trotzdem noch einen Salat bekommen. Mit gut zureden ;-) Frühstück ist mit 18€ zu teuer.. Bein Restaurant und Frühstück passt Preis Leistung nicht zusammen. LG Horst Sundermeier

Zimmer war neu und super sauber. Wasserkocher mit Kaffee und Teeauswahl gratis. Sehr schönes großes Bad mit toller Dusche. Nicht so gut gefallen hat mir, dass der Schonbezug der Matratze zusammen mit dem Bettlaken bei jeder Bewegung Geräusche produziert hat. Das Badezimmerfenster reichte bis zur Toilette runter. Da es keine Gardine gab musste man immer das Aussenrollo runter lassen,wenn man nicht gesehen werden wollte.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Sehr sauberes und geräumiges Zimmer. Feste Matratzen sicherten eine ruhige Nacht. Sehr gut organisiertes Frühstücksbuffet znd Tische mit ausreichend Abstand machten den Aufenthalt perfekt.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Leider war es spätabends im Dunkeln aufgrund der Größe der Anlage etwas schwieriger die Rezeption zu finden, dies sollte im Hellen jedoch kein Problem sein. Ansonsten sehr schönes Hotel, angenehme Atmosphäre und sehr leckeres Essen im Restaurant. Hier sollten sich sowohl Privatreisende, als auch Geschäftsreisende wie ich wohl fühlen. Auch Familien sollten hier einen schönen Aufenthalt haben können, da es sehr viele Unterhaltungsangebote in der Hotelanlage gibt.

Schönes kleines gemütliches Blockhaus

Schönes gemütliches Blockhaus ein paar Gehminuten vom See. Hunde sind aber leider am Strand nicht erlaubt. Man wurde sogar weg gescheucht obwohl man weit weg vom See am Rand eines Weges der zum Kanal führt saß. Sehr enttäuschend. Mit Hund würde ich da nicht noch einmal hinfahren. Hotel und Restaurant sind aber sehr gut !

Wie ein Kurzurlaub im Süden - einfach nur top

Ich hatte die Übernachtung als Überraschung für meinen Mann zum 30. Hochzeitstag gebucht und es war wie ein Kurzurlaub im Süden. Ich hatte eigentlich ein Zimmer ohne Balkon und mit seitlichem Meerblick gebucht und es hat dann aufgrund eines netten Telefongespäches sogar geklappt, das wir kurzfristig sogar ein Zimmer im zweiten Stock mit wundervollem Seeblick und Balkon bekommen haben. Das Zimmer war anscheinend neu renoviert, denn Schlafraum und besonders das Bad sahen top und neu aus. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren super zuvorkommend und freundlich. Man hat sich einfach wohl gefühlt. Und bei allem stimmte auch noch das Wetter an beiden Tagen. Über 30 Grad und die wärmste Sommernacht des Jahres. Haben einen Spaziergang durch das Miethausgelände gemacht und bis Mitternacht auf dem Balkon gesessen und Ausblick, Wein und Sommernacht genossen. Ich kann das Hotel Bernsteinsee wärmstens empfehlen.

Only if you speak German

The cabin was hot and if you left windows open, you were infested with flies and mosquitos. The staff wasn't be helpful if you only spoke English. I don't care if they don't speak English, but they were rude and unlikely to help you at all. We would not go nack.

No Wi-Fi in the room, even though it says they have it. I was told I didn't book with breakfast, so I didn't go. When I needed to pay, they told me it's included. When I went there, I saw the lousiest breakfast I've seen in a while. They didn't even supply me with soap.

Übernachtung am Bernsteinsee

Das Hotel liegt in einer Ferienhaussiedlung am Bernsteinsee. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Störend ist nur die Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Der Frühstücksraum ist sporadisch eingerichtet und das Frühstücksbuffet einfach. Für ein DZ haben wir 114,00 EUR gezahlt (für den Standard überteuert).

Landort hotell/Sommarhotell

Helt acceptabelt hotell, dock var priset lite för högt men det beror på att Hannover Mässan hade en mycket stor mässa och alla hotell var uppbokade. Detta var det närmaste för en relativt rimlig kostnad.
