Angefangen hat es ganz nett, hatten Apartment Nr. 3 / Villa Melanie, Wohnung war okay. Das Bett eine totale Katastrophe, vollkommen durchgelegen, man hatte das Gefühl man liegt in einem Trichter, das ging gar nicht, jeden morgen mit Rückenschmerzen aufgewacht. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, das das noch keiner vorher bemängelt hat. Dann kamen auf einmal noch Zusatzkosten für den Hund dazu, Kurtaxe war nicht bezahlt, obwohl Gesamtbetrag, den Fewo-direkt zugeschickt hatte, vorher komplett überwiesen wurde. Hund hatten wir natürlich vorher auch angegeben. Die Gästekarten kamen per Mail als wir zuhause waren, Vergünstigungen konnten dadurch nicht genutzt werden.Für 4 Übernachtungen haben wir jetzt über 727,- Euro bezahlt. Viel zu teuer dafür. Mit der Verwaltung des Objektes scheint einiges nicht zu stimmen. Das wir noch diverse Nachberechnungen bekommen, hatten wir noch nie. Wir kommen dort nicht mehr hin......

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Blick auf die Ostsee

War ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Heizung war kurz schwach auf der Brust. Wurde umgehend repariert.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut in der Altstadt. Da es eine alte Villa ist ist dementsprechend auch etwas Schimmel im Haus. Für Asthmatiker leider nicht gut . Aber sonst alles prima.

Preis-Leistung ok

Typische Bädervilla, wie sie an der See häufig anzutreffen sind. Hat leichten Altbacharme. Service und Selbst-Check-In waren sehr zufriedenstellend. Die Möbel - und Küchen-Ausstattung war so, wie sie angegeben war. :-) Stellplätze sind vorhanden. Jedes Fahrzeugmodell kleiner als ein Kombi ist dabei empfehlenswert! Sauberkeit und Instandhaltung der Wohneinheit könnten jedoch genaer überwacht werden, es fanden sich die typischen FeWo-"Makel", wie kaputte Lichtschalter und Türzargen, Staub, sowie fleckige Fenster, Vorhänge und Kissen- und Polsterbezüge. Die Lage der FeWo ist gut - man kann innerhalb von 5min durch die "Altstadt" zur Promenade am Wasser oder innerhalb von 15min zum Wander-Parkplatz am Eingang des Nationalparks Jasmund laufen.

Zentrale schöne Wohnung mit einigen Schwächen

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, allerdings bereitete mir die nahe Straße mit den Fahrzeugen Nachts Einschlafprobleme (liegt direkt am Ende einer Steigung). Meine Frau hat es nicht gestört. Die Einrichtung ist komplett, allerdings ist das Sofa doch arg spartanisch. Die Sitzkissen verrutschen beim längeren Sitzen. Insgesamt hatten wir aber ein sehr schönes verlängertes Wochenende in Sassnitz, würden aber beim nächsten mal etwas größeres nehmen.
