The Old Town, arguably the most idyllic part of Sassnitz, captivates visitors above all with its exceptionally well-preserved and beautifully restored seaside resort architecture. Here you’ll find excellent restaurants and cafés with cosy outdoor seating.
The sailing and fishing harbour—with many more dining options—the famous Sassnitz pier, and the city centre itself are all just a short distance from the picturesque Old Town. From here, you can take relaxing walks in the Jasmund National Park or along the cliffs.
The building has a total of 11 apartments, some of which offer a view of the sea. Each apartment comes with a parking space. The parking spaces are located approximately 300 metres away, behind City Hall.
