The 2018 completely redesigned Kleine Rosenvilla with 110sqm living space is comfortable to luxuriously furnished. The memorial house has 3 separate bedrooms, two bathrooms with walk-in shower, toilet, bidet, urinal and bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, island cooktop with Bora table extract ceramic hob and a side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker. Take advantage of the spacious upstairs terrace for leisurely hours outdoors. A barbecue is available in the courtyard on the ground floor, where you can also leave your bikes.
A big highlight is the hot tub on the terrace with access to the sauna upstairs. You should be able to enjoy your holiday on the island of Rügen in any weather. In the bathroom downstairs, you can even keep track of the news while you take a shower or a bath. In all 3 bedrooms you will find both a TV and a wireless LAN radio with built-in speakers. The comfortable hotel box spring beds with orthopedic mattresses offer excellent sleeping comfort. These are also well suited for above-average body lengths, as they have no foot.
The new rooms are decorated in warm shades of sand and the upscale furnishings enhance the well-being that the small house with the long history can convey to our guests upon entering. The original and elaborately reclaimed beams and crates are still reminiscent of the year of construction of 1891. Selected pictures and flotsam art objects complete the successful overall concept and thus fit perfectly with our gallery and Villa Am Steinbach directly opposite.
