Welcome to 842 Lake St., Unit 12, in Saugatuck! Available April to November. This charming condo has recently been redecorated with an updated kitchen and is fresh and clean waiting for you! Our professional cleaning crew and laundry service cleans everything on the beds between each guest, (from sheets to duvet cover and pillow shams). The cleaning crew also takes extra precautions by cleaning and disinfecting high touch surfaces to protect our guests.
This condo is perfect for a family of four or 2 couples (actually we love it just for the two us too!) It’s open concept is great for entertaining while enjoying the water view. The condo has a “master” bedroom with a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a full bed. Both bedrooms have dressers so you can unpack your clothes and get comfy and don’t have to paw through your suitcase. There is a large closet in the dining room and master bedroom for stowing suitcases or hanging clothes, etc.
The open living room, dining room, and kitchen have views of Lake Kalamazoo. You will see the best sunsets in Saugatuck sitting outside on the patio furniture or sitting on the livingroom sofa. Enjoy the best view of the 4th of July fireworks right from the condo! There is cable smart tv and wifi in the comfortable living room where you can put your feet up after a day of shopping, boating, walking, bike riding, or whatever. Each bedroom has its own ceiling fan and the living room has two paddle fans. All windows open for a good cross breeze.
If you are familiar with Saugatuck, you know that parking is at a premium. You are in luck; this condo comes with 2 parking spots on the premises!
The full sized kitchen has a ceramic top stove and quartz countertops, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, and blender, dishes, glassware, silverware. You may not need all of those kitchen appliances as there are many restaurants to choose from in both Saugatuck and Douglas, however, the view is so beautiful from this condo that you may choose to cook in and enjoy your meal outside on the landscaped grounds.
We think you will really enjoy staying at our vacation rental. Saugatuck and Douglas are so much fun and there is always something going on day or night. You can enjoy watching antique cars go by, plus walkers, and bicyclists. Located in the historic district, we are walking distance to both Douglas and Saugatuck , about 2 miles to Oval Beach and 1 mile to Mt. Baldhead! We’ve got it all! We invite you to spend a long weekend or a week at our little gem in Saugatuck, Michigan!
