Perfect location within walking distance to the water, shops and restaurants. The house was very clean and spacious for 12 of us. Kitchen was FULLY stocked, far more than any other rental I’ve stayed at. Beds were comfortable. We did have to reach out to the host twice and they were immediately responsive.

Great stay. The space was inviting and offered plenty of room for the 11 guest that were staying. There were a few areas that had been missed in the cleaning process, but overall was impressed with what was provided.

Great location

Awesome walking distance to all the fun things we like to do! Place was clean inside. Ourdoor furniture could have been cleaned off better however. Loved the fire pit and big yard for kids to run around. Also need sharper knives or a sharpener

Wonderful winter family vacation in Saugatuck

Booked this for my husband and our 6 adult children. It was perfect for us! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out (and this is a TALL group) very clean, and everything we needed to cook meals. Also super cozy when we wanted to relax and play games together. Perfect location to downtown Saugatuck, nice walk to shops and restaurants that were open off season. All amenities listed were there and made our stay extra special. Would love to come back for a summer trip.

Awesome Stay!

The house is an easy walk to many shops, bars, and restaurants on Butler and Water street. We planned an extended family weekend with ages from my 2yr old granddaughter to my 85 yr old mom and it was perfect for everyone... there's even an awesome park a couple blocks away for the little one! Home was very clean and all the bedrooms were large and comfy. Ourdoor space became the little one's secret garden; it's beautiful!

Weekend stay.

We had a great time at Call me Francis. Bedrooms were big and comfortable, Plenty of room in the kitchen to sit and have dinner. Location was perfect for walking into town. Neighbors complained about our parking. There was a strange smell coming from the garage disposal.

Was in a great location and nice set up for our families. We enjoyed our stay! Large amount of daddy long leg spiders, no dish towels, tv did not work downstairs, electrical outlets stopped working in main level bedroom, very dirty under downstairs trundle bed, stool in basement took a long time to fill

Cozy, inviting home for a large group

The setting is serene and located within walking distance to the downtown along the Kalamazoo River. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. The fireplace gave the living room a warm and relaxing place to relax with friends. With four bedrooms there was space to spread out. Most beds were complete in set up (one needed a top sheet and another a blanket.) Our group would not hesitate to return.

Our favorite place in Saugatuck!

This is the second year we have had our girls week-end here and it was Just as amazing as the first. It's an easy walk to downtown and all the shops. The Kitchen was well appointed, and all areas of house were neat and clean. The only issue, if you can call it that, was there only one extra roll of toilet paper in the house and no extra paper towel. We did not remember that being the case last year, so that may be on us. Thank you again for a great stay

Wonderful week at an awesome house in Saugatuck!

Great house close to town was perfect for our whole family ages 4 mo to 72 years! Nice surprise to see a gas grill when the listing said charcoal! House is bigger than it looks...plenty of room to spread out. Well equipped kitchen.We walked to town every day...so nice not to worry about parking. Oval beach is wonderful and close. We all loved it! Would be nice to have more than 1 towel per person for the week... We've been coming every year for 23 years with our kids and grandkids

Wonderful Birthday week-end.

We had a gathering of a number of friends from across the state to celebrate a birthday. The location to downtown was perfect, parking was more than what we hoped for with the number of people. I appreciated the email ahead of time letting us know what was supplied and what would be needed as far as essentials, ie: dishwasher soap, bathroom tissue etc. Your flexibility in the timing of getting into the home was very much appreciated. Fabulous!

House and property were fabulous! It was girls weekend for my 60th Birthday. The accommodations were wonderful. Plenty of space. Such a beautiful home. We would go back again! There are a few things that I would recommend. Could use a couple sharp knives in the kitchen for cooking. The French doors off of the dining area do not seem to lock properly. And in the basement, there seem to be a lot of cobwebs and spiders everywhere. As a matter fact, we did not even want to stay down there.

Perfect for the girls weekend

Very nice property in a great location in Saugatuck. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The property was perfectly set up for our girls wine tasting weekend, with many bed rooms and places to gather.

Girls Weekend

Beautiful home. Perfect for a girls weekend. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Only constructive feedback is that bathroom window needs repair-open at top. Mini shampoo or soaps would be a nice touch too. Thanks and hope to be back.

Incomplete stay

We had a five night stay booked but had to leave the property during the second night due to a safety issue within the house. Thankfully the property is managed by a local realtor company who swiftly ensured we had another place to stay and were very easy to get hold of and supported us well through this.

Call Me Francis- Spacious Cape Cod

Nice spacious cape cod on a large wooded lot. Enough space for a large family to spread out. Plenty of beds and a basement. The property is a few blocks/walking distance to the marina, shops, and restaurants. Saugatuck was a cute town to visit, it was my first time visiting. The house had everything needed. There was one issue with the upstairs toilet and the property managers were prompt in fixing it. Communication was excellent, I would definitely recommend this property.
