This place has it all, it was our family of 13' s dream vacation! From the moment we walked in til the day of checkout all went smooth. The views and multilevel gathering areas, the game room, the giant master bath n bedroom w/attached hot tub porch gave us all such enjoyment. Ages 1 yo to 77 yo had a great week. The paper supplies and stuff to get ya started was a big plus as well. The Brown Family

Perfect Family Getaway

This place immediately stood out while I was searching for a suitable rental home on the water for our family of 10! It has beautiful views, a ton of space and is close by to many activities and restaurants! Would recommend to any large family for any occasion.

Saugabuck spacious

We had a great time! Played in the game room, pulled out the kayaks, made s'mores, grilled dinner and enjoyed everything Saugatuck had to offer. Wonderful vacation, everyone happy!

Comfortable and peaceful!

What a beautiful setting and so much room. Even with all of the space, it was still very cozy. Each room has a special feel and offers pockets of space to get away to relax if you want or space for a group to play games. Lots of space outside as well with beautiful views! Loved it all!

Family Vacation 2022

Beautiful and spacious. Kitchen is well appointed with all the necessities for cooking a great meal. Coffee and snacks were a nice touch. Lots of activities to keep those teens busy while the adults relax and take in the view or have a day exploring nearby interests.

Amazing!!!

Highly recommend the Saugabuck House. Perfect for large groups - my husband & I had both our families there together & it was perfect. Philip was great with responding when we were needing something & the communication & customer service were great.

Great for large family gatherings

We are a family of 12, made up of 8 adults and 4 children between the ages of 17 and 10. This house was conveniently located to town and had a lot of space to accommodate all of us in the evenings and the during the days. It had the right mix of group space and pockets for individual escape.

The house is absolutely beautiful and perfect for a group to stay. The chairs on the deck could use some cleaning off and the hot tub was half open and on when we arrived, we did not use, didn't know if that was from previous guests or cleaning. The house provides anything you could ever need and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a great time

Family Fun

We had such a good time! Our extended family came, and we enjoyed cooking meals, playing games, the water, the town, and of course, each other. One night we sat around your big table playing games and laughed until we cried! We made lots of memories! Thank you for sharing your home.

Saugatuck Beauty

The house was beautiful. Plenty big for our large family. The weather was beautiful, we lucked out. Shopping in downtown Saugatuck was an extra bonus. The only negative was the beach. It was over grown with weeds and dirty.

We stayed at the home over the Labor Day weekend, 2022. The entire experience was wonderful. The home itself was beautiful and quite comfortable for our large family outing. The staff at Upscale was quite helpful and kind throughout the process. Thank you for everything.

Family getaway

This beautiful home had plenty of space for our family of seven. It rained the first two days and was cool and windy the third day, so we were unable to use the outside amenities. We did have a good time with the pool table, foosball, chess, shuffleboard and the hot tub, as well as just hanging out and spending time together. This was our first visit to Saugatuck. It's a nice little town.

WE LOVED THE SAUGABUCK HOUSE

My friends and I had an absolutely incredible experience at this house. It was only a short drive into Saugatuck which was very convenient, but we barely even left because the house itself was so amazing. There are multiple living areas which make it a great spot for a large group, as different activities can be done in different parts of the house. The house itself is absolutely stunning and so cutely decorated with great views of the water. I loved every second being there :)

Perfect Family Vacation!

This beautiful home, space & location was absolutely perfect for our large family (16 people + 1 dog) vacation celebrating my in-laws 50th Anniversary! Plenty of comfortable space, clean, and idyllic outdoor space. Beautifully decorated and pet/child-friendly. We enjoyed cooking home meals, fishing off the private dock, and drinking coffee on the balconies with a picturesque view of the river. Easy non-contact check-in/out process was greatly appreciated. Easy drive to Downtown Saugatuck & Oval Beach, as well as plenty of golf courses to play on nearby. Very clean, comfortable, and wonderful home & guest cottage. Highly recommend this great place!
