We had a wonderful stay at the Water Street Retreat. The unit is comfortable and clean.The location is a short walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Our host responded quickly when I had a question about the air conditioner. We had a great time and look forward to returning soon.

Perfect location for our anniversary weekend

Perfect place for our long anniversary weekend. It was in the perfect location, within walking distance to pretty much everything in Saugatuck. It was very clean and had just the amenities that we needed. Also an assigned parking spot was a huge bonus. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Great Place!

We really loved this place! It was a great price, and really close to downtown, and a great coffee shop. Even in the winter, we enjoyed the beauties of Saugatuck. We didn’t have any problems hearing the neighbors as some people had listed, it was quite cozy. The check in was so easy and checkout honestly was too! We will definitely be back to make more memories here.

Lovely time in Sagatauk

The cottage is cozy and convenient. We loved the handy parking and short walk to restaurants and shops. It was very comfortable and provided everything needed to enjoy our stay! This was perfect for a short trip to enjoy Sagatauck!

Perfect Location

We had a wonderful time staying in one of the cottages. The location was perfect! We enjoyed being able to walk to morning coffee as well as dinner and ice cream every night.

Perfect location: our second time staying!

Wonderful place. Great for our small family of 4. You cannot beat this location! This was our second time staying and it was equally as great as the first time. Very clean, plenty of linens! We will absolutely be back!

Great location

Close to restaurants and shopping but not it the middle of everything, which was perfect. Condo was just right for 2 adults and 2 kids. Quick stay, but will definitely return in the future.

The condo was perfect for our first visit to Saugatuck. It was clean, well appointed, and close to everything. The parking space is too tight for larger vehicles so we parked on the street, which worked just fine for us since we didn’t really need to use the car much during peak tourist hours. Property manager was responsive. Only thing we would have changed is having a tv in the bedroom. You can hear upstairs neighbors walking around some, but we didn’t have any issues with excessive noise, and it wouldn’t deter us from staying here again!

Saugatuck getaway

Great place to stay with walking distance to so much and a short drive to everything else. The only watch out I can share is as other reviews have mentioned you can hear foot steps from the unit above.

Condo/Apartment is cozy. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Location is perfect. Walking distance to everything! Check-in was easy. We could always hear the people in the condo above us. Parking spaces were tight.

Clean and Cozy Stay

My husband and I went on a last minute weekend trip to Saugatuck. Found this little apartment to be very clean and comfortable! It feels even more spacious than it looks in the photos. Ample space for 2 or even 4! Plenty of linens, towels, and well appointed kitchenette. Right in the heart of downtown with river views. Tons of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Great find.

Perfect location.

Can’t beat the location. Perfect base for walking downtown saugatuck, Douglas and the beach. Condo was comfy and clean. Perfect size for a couple. My only compliant, is you can hear EVERYTHING from upstairs occupants. And unfortunately for us, they were up every morning by 6-6:30. Would still highly recommend.

Great Weekend!

We spent the weekend in Saugatuck. This property is right in the heart of all that is happening. Provides your own off street parking space. We were able to walk easily to shop and eat. The room was clean and neat and had everything we needed. Larger than a hotel room, which is nice. We were able to relax in the living room and watch tv. Nice up to date kitchen and bath. Overall a great experience.

The condo is very well-kept and well-located. However, to require that guests paying such high rents to empty the garbage, run the dishwasher, strip the beds and bag the laundry is over the top! This type of cleaning is what you are paying for!!

The unit was very clean, within walking distance to all the downtown shops and restaurants. All the basics were provided, which was really nice. Great communication with the host. The only thing we didn't like was the bed itself. The bed was very old and uncomfortable. Other than that it was a great place to rent for a weekend.
