This was my second stay at this property. They have renovated the rooms nicely since my last visit. My room was very clean. For the budget traveler this is a reasonable choice for an overnight stay. Pros: Easy access to shopping and dining. Close to Hwy 17. Friendly. Drive-up parking. Cons: Wifi did not work well. A bit noisy. Slight dank smell in room.

Great location, on the corner of a main street, but the rooms were on the side street where it was quite. The room was very spacious and the service was great.

It was nice having three beds for our family. The room itself was clean-ish. However, the air conditioning was too loud to sleep. There was absolutely no hot water. The area around the property and the furniture was rundown. You get what you pay for.

Checked in late as we were driving for 15 hours we were quite late around 1:30AM and the staff was nice to sign us in. Thats where it ends. The room was old but the sheets on the bed were covered with hair and the pillows were wet. Possibly strait out of the washing machine. The beds were bare thin. Either way, we could not stay in this room. Expedia did not help us at all and we ended up paying double for a room elsewhere. Not a good experience.

It suited the purpose. Bed linens were clean, beds were comfy. Needs more effort in the cleaning of the room. Coffee maker and mini fridge needed a good cleaning. Fresh paint would def help. Some of the other guests appeared to be living in rooms and were kinda sketchy and alot of very loud arguments and slamming doors. The grounds needed work. The gentlemen who checks you in is also the room cleaning person, very friendly and accomodating, just leaves the office unattended and needing to call a phone number for service.

The staff were incredibly friendly and super helpful! Helped me even though my partner and I showed up a little late (due to traffic). Simple check in, very comfy beds, and in a local and safe area. Very impressed.

I stayed 14 nights it was a good room apart from the tv not working, bed was comfortable and its close to restaurants and stores the people who run the place are friendly and ive already booked here again for next year
