「De golfbanen liggen er prachtig bij, maar straten zijn slecht onderhouden. Er zaten zulke diepe gaten in het wegdek dat je op moest passen om je auto niet te beschadigen. Ook bij ons appartement was er nogal wat achterstallig onderhoud, mn op het terras: kapotte ligstoel en de andere was versleten. Lampen waren kapot. Er was dus geen licht 's avonds. Verder was er een groot lek vanaf de etage erboven. In onze slaapkamer lekte het ook langs de muur, zodat ons bed nat geworden is. Het zwembad was...

「Siehe unsere Mail vom 04.07.2021 Für unseren kleinen Hund gab es keine Möglichkeit mal vor die Terrasse zu gehen. Schade fanden wir auch, daß es möglich war, nach vorheriger Anfrage eine Wohnung in der 1. Etage zu bekommen. Die Wohnung war teilweise verwohnt. Wie in der Mail schon geschrieben, hatten wir den Eindruck, das von IHNEN nicht genug besichtigt wird.Gilt auch für das Personal, die die Wohnungen vor Neueinzug nicht korrekt besichtigen und so herrichten, dass man zufrieden ist.」

Cons: Der Platz im Garten braucht noch etwas Pflege, vielleicht einen gepflasterten Sitzplatz mit Schatten (Pergola, Sonnensegel, ...). Die Fenster sollten noch mit Fliegengittern versehen werden, dann kann auch gut gelüftet werden.」
