Radisson Blu Aruba

10/10 Excellent

"The staff, environment and cleanliness were wonderful. My mom and I were looking for a getaway. We didnt want to be around crowds and wanted ease. That is EXACTLY what Radisson Blu provided for us. We LOVED the staff. Melana, Santos, Peter, Vivian, Jasmine, the chef at the Sunset Cafe and many more staff like the front desk staff to the towel staff, went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of at every step. We left and it felt like we were family. If youre looking for an exquisite property this is the one. I must say that we visited the Hyatt down the street and the gardens are amazing (but super crowded)even still we preferred the Radisson Blu for the beautiful people,pools and just overall chill vibe. Next time I come to Aruba this is where I will be!"

"This spot was super clean, no problems at all. The staff were really nice too. We stayed in the adult section, over by the marina. The private island was the highlight. Definitely rent a private Cabana, our host Kendrick did an amazing job!! The only reason I'm not giving it a perfect five stars is for a couple of things. First off, the balcony is tiny, like, barely 15 inches deep. And the other thing is, the adult side is just dead. You'd think there'd be some entertainment at night, right? Plus, the pool shuts down at 11, which feels pretty early for a place that's just for grown-ups."

"Overall our stay was excellent . Property is beautiful and well maintained . Room was newly renovated , spacious and very clean . Room was cleaned and towels changed everyday . The pool areas were well maintained (although the infinity pool could’ve been cleaner . Beach was nice but much choppier than other times we’ve stayed at the Divi (still beautiful blue clear water ). We weren’t impressed with the staff . No extra effort is made and there is no urgency in their actions . Be it from reception to bar area or restaurant (both high end or buffets). Check in was cold and not necessarily welcoming . It was a little disappointing but still great vacation and resort ."

"Amazing, well kept property. The rooms and amenities were great. The only thing that they need to work on is provide more training to their front desk staff so that they know their product. We asked a lot of questions to the girl who did our check-in and she was unaware of the things happening around the hotel."

"I chose this property because from your room you could walk straight onto the beach. That was something I couldn't find elsewhere and thought based on the photos thats what I believed I booked when upgrading the room. When we went to check in they said we had an upstairs room and that bottom floor was only upon request. We did end up requesting it at that point and getting it. But it should definitely be more clear when booking. If you want to go to the restaurants you can only book 2 days in advance. Bookings were difficult to get but we managed to get them except for the 1st night there. Make sure you download their app before your stay and book 1st nights dinner 2 days before you get there or you get buffet which was decent. They also have great drink selections. The liquor selection was higher end liquors which not all all-inclusives offer. The whole resort is huge. Make sure to bring great walking shoes. They do have shuttles around the resort which is definitely necessary. Overall the stay was absolutely amazing and I would definitely book again!"
