Our intended arrival was the day a tropical storm was set to hit Savannah and the property manager worked with us to flex our stay by a few days and kept us updated on flooding in the area. I will definitely look up this property management for our next trip in the area. Had a wonderful stay!」

「Here's a few things to know in advance: 1.) The twin beds do NOT exist. It is a full size bed. Two of us had to share a bed and that was NOT part of the plan. We had enough beds for each of us to have our own bed, according to the online description. That was not the case. 2.) We are from Louisiana. We are used to humidity and heat. The A/C unit was not as we'd hoped. The middle room (master) stayed cold. The rest of us had fans blowing on us all night and didn't use the blankets...

「Nicely furnished. Would list as Studio since bedroom, living room, kitchenette are all one room. Bathroom very small. Cottage clean and everything you need is there for you. Enjoyed using the kayak and seeing the flying fish.」

「Overall a nice place to stay. The location was good, it was clean, and the upstairs loft was very spacious. The bed was large and very very comfortable! A few things that would keep us from booking again were the TV situation, furniture, and outdated kitchen tools for lack of a better word. The blender, food processor etc... were very outdated so if you did want to cook it would be a little tough. More importantly the furniture in the living room was broken down and very uncomfortable.
