The Space:

Ascend the staircase to reach the third floor and access the home effortlessly with your personalized key code on the convenient keypad entry. Inside, discover a fully renovated apartment that blends natural tones and clean lines to create a relaxing and welcoming space. The open-concept design unites the kitchen and living areas, separated by a large peninsula island that provides ample countertop space. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cookware, dishware, and a full appliance package, ensuring you have everything you need to cook. Brew fresh coffee every morning with the single-cup Keurig, pods provided. In the living room, enjoy a comfortable sofa that pulls out to a queen mattress, along with two reading chairs. A large smart TV is ready to stream your favorite entertainment.

Through a short hallway from the back of the kitchen, you'll find the single bedroom and bathroom, along with a spacious linen closet with a stacked washer and dryer. In the bedroom, enjoy restful nights on a new king mattress wrapped in crisp linens. Stream entertainment right from bed on a second smart TV and bask in the natural light from two large windows.

Guest Access:

The entire apartment is set up for your use! Please be courteous of others around you, there are many full-time occupants in the building. Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM.

Getting Around:

Are you driving into town? There are paid parking garages near the apartment (State Street Garage is closest) and some paid street parking available. Be mindful of signs as parking does rotate for street cleaning.

Getting around is easy with walkable streets, bike rentals, and Uber/Lyft service. Jump on Savannah’s public transit system with the Whitaker & Broughton stop just a 1-minute walk from the home. This free DOT trolley circulates downtown and provides ample stops at all the major attractions.

Other Things to Note:

*This is a third-floor walk-up please plan accordingly, unfortunately, there is no elevator (old Savannah!).

Absolutely no parties. NO animals.

Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted at the property.

No illicit activities, peddling, or soliciting are allowed on the property.

Do not smoke in the property.

Must be 21 years of age to drink alcohol.

Report all damaged property to the property owner immediately.

Treat the apartment with respect, as if it were your property.
